I am a Postdoctoral Reseach Associate at Durham University working with Yue Ren.

Previously, I was a member of the Institute for Advanced Study. I completed my PhD in November 2024 at the Universität Tübingen, advised by Hannah Markwig. Current CV (November 2024).

In Autumn 2025, I will be teaching a graduate course on Computational methods in Algebra and Geometry, joint with Oliver Clarke.

My research interests lie in the intersection of combinatorics, algebraic geometry, and representation theory, and center around tropical geometry. In particular, I like working with valuated matroids and tropical linear spaces and Coxeter matroids. Currently, I am interested in developing a tropical analogue of geometric representation theory.
