I am a Postdoctoral Reseach Associate at Durham University working with Yue Ren. I am on the job market this autumn, looking for positions starting in autumn 2027.
Previously, I was a member of the Institute for Advanced Study.
I completed my PhD in November 2024 at the Universität Tübingen, advised by Hannah Markwig.

In Autumn 2026, I will be teaching a graduate course on Computational methods in Algebra and Geometry, joint with Oliver Clarke. (For the second time.)
My research interests lie in the intersection of combinatorics, algebraic geometry, and representation theory, and center around tropical geometry. In particular, I like working with valuated matroids and tropical linear spaces and Coxeter matroids. Currently, I am interested in developing a tropical analogue of geometric representation theory.
